  • Once your payment is received, we ship the next business day. Any orders we get on the weekends are shipped on the Tuesday after that weekend.
  • If you have a change of heart, you can cancel at any time before your order is dispatched. Simply contact us. We'll cancel your order and give you a full refund.
  • Until you get your order in hand, we are responsible for it.
  • Priority Mail is used to ship international orders under $14.99 (no tracking number). For orders over $15 again Priority Mail is used, but this time there is a tracking number. If your order is below $14.99 and you want a Priority Mail tracking order number, contact us BEFORE you order. All domestic orders are shipped with Priority Mail and include a tracking number.
  • International orders are usually delivered within 10 business days after the shipping date. If you don't get your order within 30 days, it is considered lost. Please contact us if this is your case.
  • Shipping for international orders is $2.99 and for domestic orders, it is $1.99.
  • EXTRA ITEMS DO NOT REQUIRE EXTRA SHIPPING FEES. Therefore, if you buy multiple items and depending on what country you live in, you will only be charged $1.99 or $2.99 for shipping fees.
  • Any order of $20 or more will instantly be upgraded to free shipping on the order page. Please enter the correct shipping details on the checkout page. We are not responsible if products are shipped to the wrong address.

    Returns Policy

    • Returns

    - Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    - The guarantee will start from 5 days after your order date.

    - We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

    - Please contact us within 30 days of getting your jewelry order to get a Return Authorization number. Note that any returns have to include a Return Authorization number.

    • Exchanges

    We only accept returns of jewelry if it is returned unopened in the original bag. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Do not open the bag we ship your jewelry in before verifying it.


    • Refunds
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    • Late or missing refunds
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


      • Item Condition

      Items have to be returned in bubble wrap or in proper padding. You will not get a refund if items are lost or damaged when they are being returned to us.
